Telephone collections
Litigation, including national attorney referral
Skip-tracing
Customized collections
Contingency-based fees that are highly competitive

Because we are an Association, our fees for collection are reasonable.
Below is an example of our fee structure:

$501 to $2000 ..................25% of the collection
Excess over $2000 ................20% of the collection
Accounts under $500.00 are charged a 50% flat fee
Collection rate is 35% if forwarded to an attorney.

For a collection of $2500, a client would pay the Association 25% of $2000
and 20% of $500, for a modest recovery rate of $600 ($500 plus $100). 
Please remember, we will negotiate fees to companies with volume placements.

All funds collected are placed in segregated trust accounts. 
Fees are deducted from payments we receive.  You are invoiced for fees on
payments made directly to you.  If you use our FREE Demand Service and
collection is made within 10 days, there is no fee charged.
