July 12, 2010 - NACM Teleconference: Teleconference: Credit Documentation: First Line of Defense . Presenter - Val Venable, CCE. has been the America's Credit Manager for SABIC Innovative Plastics, formerly GE Plastics, since 2000 with responsibilities for credit, collections and risk management in five countries. Her teams are located both within their facilities and at remote locations. She manages a portfolio consisting of over 50,000 accounts with customers in just about every industry including automotive, consumer products, chemicals, net media and the industrial and construction arenas. With over 25 years experience as a credit manager, Ms Venable has worked in the Aerospace, Steel and Metals and Marine industries, both domestic and international. Ms Venable served on the National Board of Directors of NACM for eight years, serving as Chairman of the Board for 2001-2002

August 16, 2010 - NACM Teleconference: Balanced Scorecard. Presenter - Susan Delloiacono, CCE began her career in the Credit Profession over 28 years ago. She has had the pleasure of working and growing at such companies as, American Home Products, Unisys Corporation, Dialogic Corporation, Intel Corporation and Brother International. While at Dialogic, Susan managed both the worldwide operations of Customer Service and Credit Management. The management of the order to cash process has enabled her to develop a unique management perspective. Currently, Susan is the Director of Credit for Brother International Corporation in Bridgewater, NJ. She also serves as Treasurer of the Federation of Credit and Financial Professionals of New York, an NACM affiliate as well as serving on NACM's National Board of Directors since May 2006.
